Artist Statement
These images are a result of a compulsion to make images. I have been remarkably unproductive during this period but at times I have been compelled to create some kind of record or inventory, simply, and just with my phone as camera since it was almost always at hand. At the same time I started taking images of the TV screen. At first it was a fascination with the Work From Home aspect of news reporters and talk show hosts broadcasting through Facetime. More recent events have compelled me to rise from my couch when confronted by horrors and hope.
