Is my membership tax-deductible?

Your membership is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We recommend contacting your local tax authority, accountant, or a tax lawyer if you have any questions.

How do I check my membership status?

If you’ve been a member of Blue Sky, you can see your membership type and expiration date by following THIS LINK. Enter the email address associated with your membership and click “Login” and your membership status should appear.

If you aren’t sure which address you used, please contact us, and we will let you know.

 

How do I cancel my recurring membership? 

If you signed up for a recurring membership, please email us to cancel your membership.

 

I’m a Photobook Collector member. Can I choose which book I receive?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for which book you would like to receive. However, you can check out what we are currently sending HERE.

 

I never received my book. Who should I contact? 

Typically, we mail books the month after you sign up for a new membership or renew. We ship books by Media Mail which can take up to two weeks. If it’s been two months since you signed up and you still have not received your book, please contact us.

 

How will I receive my print if I’m a Print Enthusiast or Print Hero?

Sign up in the gallery, and take one with you. Sign up online, and we’ll select one and ship it to you.

I have a membership level that is no longer available. What does this mean?

In June of 2023, we refreshed our membership program. If you joined Blue Sky before June 2022, you can choose one of our new membership levels the next time you renew. 

 

I have a current Artist/Student/Senior membership. Can I still apply to the member’s show? 

Yes! You do not need to upgrade your membership to apply to the 2022 member show. 

 

I currently have a $25 Artist/Student/Senior membership. Do I need to change my membership to have my name and website on the Artist page?

Not until it’s time to renew your membership! If you would like to have your name on the website for the duration of your current membership, please contact us

 

We have two artists in our household. Do we need to have two separate Artist memberships if we both want our names on the website?

Yes, you will need to purchase two separate memberships to have your names and websites listed on the online Artist page.  

 

If I’m a member at the Photobook Collector, Print Enthusiast, or Print Hero level, can I still have my info listed on the Artist Member Directory?

Absolutely! Simply fill out this brief form and we’ll add you!
