Artist Statement

These images are from my new photo projects: Pandemic Covid-19, A Sense of Great Emptiness, and New City Look—Plywood. These projects are interconnected. They complement each other, each one born of the Covid-19 pandemic. Here you can find images of the empty Portland parking lots and the new face of the city where all the branded shops including hotels became as one: doors and windows covered with plywood. In a few weeks, maybe all this absurdity will disappear. Memories, history will remain.
