Ukrainian master photographer Alexander Chekmenev, Blue Sky Gallery, and the Ukrainian Foundation of Beaverton are teaming up to raise money for the people of Ukraine.

Twenty-four prints from Chekmenev’s powerful series of photographs, “Citizens of Kyiv” (featured recently in the New York Times Magazine), is currently on view at Blue Sky Gallery through May 28, with a special reception on Saturday, May 21 from 2 - 5 PM. 

When you visit Blue Sky during May, for every $100 you donate to the Ukrainian Foundation of Beaverton for medical supplies and humanitarian relief, you will receive an 8.5 x 11” print of your choice from this compelling series.
