Artist Statement

The Covid 19 pandemic has been at least partly a mixed blessing. LIke war and calamities, while devastating, it has provided ample opportunities for taking stock. It has altered our routines and put us in touch with our old desires to make expressive work. It's also ignited rebellion. At least that what has happened to me and to many others. Long hours of isolation have both ignited our spirits and stoked long smoldering rage. While people have shown great generosity, they are also fed up with the status quo. It’s certainly a remarkable time to be a photographer.
