Library and Resource Center

The Library & Resource Center at Blue Sky holds a permanent collection of nearly 1000 books, periodicals, and ephemera related to photography. It is a non-circulating collection; you are welcome to enjoy materials at your leisure when Blue Sky is open to the public, but you cannot borrow books from the Library.

Blue Sky appreciates donations of relevant materials to become part of the Library’s permanent collection, particularly artist monographs, exhibition catalogs, and scholarly works on photography. Of less interest are popular periodicals, manuals, and generalist mass-market publications. You are encouraged to peruse the Library’s shelves to see if your potential donation would be a welcome addition to the collection (and not a duplicate).
