Magali Nougarède’s series, “Toeing The Line” similarly looks at issues of stereotypes and roles, focusing on women and girls. Her vibrant color images taken against a seaside landscape of an English coastal town establish a dialogue between two opposite female representations: the repressed woman and her principles on one side, and the free child on the other.
