Blue Sky Gallery, 1231 NW Hoyt, is proud to present Adrain Chesser and Tim Wride, A Conversation: Images, Ethics and Photography on Wednesday, December 1 at 7:30 pm at Blue Sky Gallery. The lecture is free and open to the public.

Chesser’s provocative series of portraits taken at the moment he told a series of close friends he had AIDS, will be on display at Blue Sky the month of December. Wride, former Curator of Photography at LA County Museum of Art and now founding Execitive Director of The No-Strings Foundation, will discuss Chesser’s work, and the conversation will touch on issues of the history of portraiture and the politics of a gay aesthetic.His photographic body of work, “Encyclopedia” will be on display at Blue Sky the month of November.
